About the Internship Program
This internship program aims to provide work experience to graduates of Diploma 3 / Diploma 4 / Undergraduate of tertiary institution. This is a manifestation of Pertamina Hulu Rokan’s concern for higher education graduates to be able to build competence, broaden horizons and gain real experience in the world of work.
Riau Formation
Asset Development
- Diploma 4 graduate / possess Bachelor degree majoring in Geology, Geophysics, Electrical Engineering, Geological Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering or possess Associate degree (Diploma 3) majoring in Computer Engineering, Informatics
- Willing to be placed in Minas, Duri, Rumbai and all working areas of PT. Pertamina Hulu Rokan in Riau
CEOR (Chemical Enhanced Oil Recovery)
- Diploma 4 graduate / possess Bachelor degree majoring in Petroleum Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geophysics
- Willing to be placed in Rumbai and all working areas of PT. Pertamina Hulu Rokan in Riau
Corporate Secretary
- Diploma 4 graduate / possess Bachelor degree majoring in Public Administration, Accounting, Social and Political Sciences, Communications, Secretary

D&C (Drilling & Completion)
- Diploma 4 graduate / possess Bachelor degree majoring in Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering
- Willing to be placed in Minas, Duri and all working areas of PT. Pertamina Hulu Rokan in Riau
FE (Facility Engineering)
- Diploma 4 graduate / possess Bachelor degree majoring in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Civil Engineering or possess Associate degree (Diploma 3) majoring in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering

General Counsel

Finance
- Diploma 4 graduate / possess Bachelor degree majoring in Accounting

OE, HES (Operational Excellence / Health, Environment and Safety)
- Diploma 4 graduate / possess Bachelor degree majoring in Informatics Engineering
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta and all working areas of PT. Pertamina Hulu Rokan in Jakarta
Registration Terms
- Must be born or domiciled or graduate from a Riau university for an internship location in Riau Province
- Born, domicile and origin of tertiary institution are not limited to internship location in DKI Province
- Have passed Diploma 3 / Diploma 4 / Undergraduate program (no age limit)
- Have a Diploma / SKL (Certificate of Graduation)
- Have minimum GPA 3.00
- Graduated from college / university with minimum accreditation grade B or Baik Sekali
- Graduates of study programs in accordance with the required formation
- Willing to be placed throughout the working area of PT. Pertamina Hulu Rokan, according to the chosen internship location (Riau / Jakarta)
