Qualifications
• Minimum Diploma or bachelor degree majoring in IT or related field
• Have 2-3 years experience on IT Support & Infrastructure
• Have experience on setting up Laptop/PC, Printer, Share Folder
• Having knowledge in supporting O365 products (Outlook, Teams, One Drive, Sharepoint)
• Having experience to deploy PC/end point protections, Antivirus, Patching etc
• Having knowledge in networking (TCP/IP, Subnetting, Routing, Router/Switch)
• Having knowledge in Server Technology (Virtualization, AD, DHCP, WSUS)
• Having knowledge in Mikrotik, ubiquity & other brand radio technology (radio point/multipoint connection, tuning & pointing etc)
• Able to work at height
Responsibilities
• Verify that all hardware, software, parts, network, cabling, or any other services necessary are available
• Manage the retirement and replacement of hardware
• Execute onsite backup and restore as per defined policy
• Escalate incidents and problems, as necessary, to the appropriate support team, or vendor, while actively retaining ownership of the incident on behalf of the customer.
• Manage third parties working on local server/network/workstation equipment maintenance/ enhancements to ensure that effective 3rd party service is being delivered
• Provide basic preventative maintenance servers, as detailed by the manufacturers specifications
• Ensure that SLAs for support incidents and requests are met and recorded
• Maintain IT Asset Management
• Strongly customer-focused, used to providing support to demanding users.
• Good organisational skills, used to managing and prioritising own workload
